||The Director will be responsible for estimating the demand for the corporation’s products and services and discovering new market segments that would be interested in utilizing IMS’ services. The Director will help keep an eye on trends that indicate a need for emerging products and services and oversee new product development.
||Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to include, but not limited to,serving as a business liaison, representing the needs of assigned channels, customers, requirements and best practices.

||Marketing Support Specialist shall be responsible, under direct supervision, for developing, coordinating and implementing marketing communications support materials. • Practical working knowledge of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) design manual.
• Experience with Microstation, AUTOCAD Civil 3D, Geopak or InRoads and/or other roadway design software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in consulting engineering with a primary focus on TxDOT (or other DOT) transportation projects.
• 3D Design experience.

Water/Waste Water Engineers
||Manage water resources projects at local, regional, and national level. Duties include: hydraulics and hydrology (H&H) data collection, modeling and design, technical writing, mentoring to junior staff and technical presentation to client staff. Must be conversant to plan and design culverts, bridges, and storm drain network, prepare stormwater master plans, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation plans, water quality best management practices (BMP).
||The candidate should have 8-10+ years of experience, BS degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, Engineering, communication skills, proficient in CADD (microstation preferred), SEWER CAD / STORMNET, or any other design packages, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and ARC GIS.
Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in any U.S. state.
|Senior Project Manager - Houston
Manager will manage roadway and drainage projects in preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and provides leadership and oversight of team to deliver projects with adherence to Client and IMS Quality Standards on time and within budget. The person will be responsible for:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited University or equivalent plus extensive (15+ years) experience in the transportation/ traffic engineering including 5+ years of leadership of project delivery, project management, risk management and/ or quality assurance.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
